What, Why, How, Benefits : The 4 SRP is adapted from the teachings of a great master- Astavakra lived more than 3000 years ago. A single verse explains the principles and practice. It is a challenge to give practice online without understanding the level of students, temperament and mental state. That is why I have customized one practices based on the time – morning, afternoon, evening, night and anytime anywhere.

In the afternoon, mind starts scattering outside, with likes and dislikes. This outward moving mind, creates sense of forgetfulness of one’s own self. Not tired but getting ready to move on the habitual path – says – will be tired. This is wrong notion and negative thinker – must change. So practice of relaxation needs repetition of a step to help mind return inside and living and working in the relaxation

Please listen to the talks with eyes closed and practice it till the end daily minimum 6 days before the next practice to maximize the benefit.
