What, Why, How, Benefit : Guided means directed or channeled by a teacher who has the knowledge and experience. The manuals of meditation are different from manuals of science and gadgets. These gadgets are outside human body. We can learn from manual and work on these gadgets. The meditation is the discovery of our true nature that cannot become the object of the mind. The manual of eastern wisdom explains, how to go beyond the mind and its contents to know what meditation is. The guided meditation helps students tread the path with clarity and deeper understanding.

We can acquire knowledge from online and many other sources. But what about our conscious experience.
