The 4 SRP ( 4 Step relaxation Practice) is adapted from the teachings of a great master- Astavakra lived more than 3000 years ago. The master says that when we consciously withdraw the mind and allow the mind to rest within, we awaken to peace and happiness .

How to do 4 Step relaxation-mindfulness practice?
Anyone can practice it. The only qualification required is to be consistent even if first session does not bring the desired result.
The customized practices of 4 Step relaxation-mindfulness
It is a challenge to give practice online without understanding the level of students, temperament and mental state. That is why I have customized one practices based on the time – morning, afternoon, evening, night and anytime anywhere.
Choose the series or one practice. Practice it daily for a week and follow other customized practices in the series.
